Currently Rick Wilkins plays guitar with Sara Petite and the Sugar Daddies and fronts the Nards.  In the Sugar Daddies Rick plays Electrric and acoustic guitar, slide guitar, mandolin, banjo and harmonica.

He's been playing in San Diego since the early 80s so he's had plenty of time to do a few styles and have a lot of good times. He's shared a stage or two with The Three Blind Mice, The Outriders, The Sons of Disaster, The Non-dairy Creamers, The Buddy Blue Band, Rick Gazlay, Johnny Viau's Blues Allstars, Romy Kaye and the Swingin' Gates, Steve Foth, Dennis Borlek, CLA, Jewel, Joy Eden Harrison, Elizabeth Hummel, Mario Escovedo, Ray Brandes, The Nightclub Jitters, The Don Pico Jazz Trio, The Electric Sons, Powerthud, The Panhandles, The Splinters, Rookie Card, Gregory Page, Steve Poltz, The Macananys, The Rugburns, The Replacement Replacements, Brad Smith, Exile on Kettner, Dirtnap, The Terry Hanson Band, The Beat Farmers, Joey Harris and the Joey Show, and few other projects here and there
